A 60+ Wellbeing Community Class (Koha-based)
Ageing well doesn’t need to be hard. It can be gentle, social, and deeply nourishing.
This is a relaxed, welcoming class for people aged 60 and over who would like to:
- move gently
- calm the nervous system
- support gut and overall health
- and connect with others in a friendly, local community
There’s no pressure to be fit, flexible, or experienced.
Everything is guided slowly and kindly.
All activities are beginner-friendly and adaptable to your body.
- Gentle Qigong & energy movements
- Longevity Walking – slow, mindful walking that supports balance and circulation
- Simple energy work to feel more settled and grounded
- Guided meditation
- A short, practical talk on Gut Health
This is not about pushing yourself.
It’s about listening to your body and working with it.
This class is for you if you…
- are 60+ and want to stay well in a natural, gentle way
- feel stiff, tired, or a bit disconnected from your body
- want to support digestion, energy, and emotional balance
- prefer a calm, friendly environment over gyms or intense exercise
- would enjoy being part of a small, supportive wellbeing community
About KOHA (Donation-based)
This class is KOHA-based. That means:
- There is no set fee
- You are welcome to give whatever feels comfortable for you
- Even one coin is absolutely welcome
- A small amount is completely okay — please don’t feel any pressure
Koha is about appreciation and connection, not money.
