Online Membership Includes:


1. Live Online Classes via Zoom

Experience the same high-quality classes offered in our studio from the comfort of your own home. All studio classes are streamed live on Zoom, allowing you to connect with your trainer in real time, no matter where you are in the country. Immerse yourself fully in the class, feel the energy, and enjoy the guidance of your trainer as if you were right there in the studio.

Class Schedule(Online & In-person):

7:00AM – 7:30AM : Tue & Thu *only online
9:15 AM – 10:30 AM : Mon to Fri
5:30 PM – 6:20 PM : Mon to Thu
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM : Mon to Thu


2. Recorded Video Classes

Can’t make it to a live session? No problem. Daily live classes are recorded and made available as video sessions for you to access at your convenience. The videos focus solely on the trainer, making it feel like a private one-on-one session. Train whenever it suits you and enjoy the same professional guidance as our live classes.

3. Online Private Sessions
We provide two 15-minute personal sessions per month, offering tailored guidance to deepen self-awareness and enhance your regular training experience.
