This private online session is designed to help you gently reconnect with your body, heart, and inner awareness through simple guided practices.
This session may be for you if:

- You are interested in meditation, energy, chakras, or personal growth
- You are looking for a deeper, more holistic approach to wellbeing

What happens in the session
This is not a lecture or theory-based class.
It is a gentle guided experience where you can begin to feel what is happening inside your body, emotions, and energy.
During the session, you will be guided through:
- Gentle body awakening exercises
- Awareness of one limiting belief or emotional pattern
- Tapping and vibration training
- Energy sensing practice
- Heart-centred meditation
No previous experience is needed.
You do not need to have experience with meditation, Qigong, energy practice, or chakra work.
All you need is a quiet space, an open mind, and a willingness to gently reconnect with yourself.
This session is for personal growth and wellbeing. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.

Her approach is not based on theory alone, but on helping people directly experience connection, awareness, and change within themselves.
