Is this session for you?
This session is suitable if you:
- Feel tired or tense after a busy year
- Carry stress in your shoulders, neck, or lower back
- Want to calm your nervous system naturally
- Are curious about Qigong but don’t know where to start
- Are looking for a warm, supportive wellness community
No experience needed. All movements are gentle and accessible.
What you’ll experience
In this 70-minute session, you may notice:
- Deeper, more relaxed breathing
- A calmer nervous system
- Reduced physical tension
- A lighter, clearer state of mind
Many people say they feel more grounded and sleep better afterwards.
What we’ll do together
- Gentle breathing and body awareness
- Simple Qigong movements for the spine and nervous system
- A short period of stillness and integration
- Relaxed closing and reflection
There is no pushing, no forcing, and no expectation.
