At Body & Brain we believe a healthy gut is essential in the promotion of general wellbeing and that if your gut is healthy, then your body and brain will be healthy too! The daily practice of belly button healing and intestinal exercises is central to building and maintaining a healthy gut.

Our training includes a series of exercises to develop optimal energy flow throughout the body and build core strength – not just in the abdomen but in the back and pelvis which support gut strength and health.
