What is tai chi?
Tai-Chi is a non-combative healing martial art often described as a dynamic balance between powerful movement, exquisite grace, and inner stillness.
The form of tai chi practiced at Body & Brain combines two ancient martial art forms (Tai Chi and Ki Gong) into a meditative practice. These martial arts are all about balancing the body and allowing energy flow throughout the body through which the upper body becomes flexible and light and the lower body develops inherent strength and power.
