The mediation we teach at Body & Brain is based on rhythmic movement to re-establish synchronicity between your body and your brain. Traditional Korean drumming is the beat that gets your body moving rhythmically and enables you to find your body’s natural rhythm. Vibrational movement of the body allows energy blockages to shake loose and create an inner stillness not only in the body, but also the mind. This stillness and the freeing up of energy aids in the fight against dis-ease and pain.
By re-establishing the natural rhythm of our bodies, we can manage our time and energy and reduce the risk of burnout.
